Nibbs Farm Cottages

Nibbs Farm Cottages are two self-contained, brand new holiday cottages set in 17 acres of Devon countryside on our Fallow deer farm near Tiverton.

• Our newly built cottages sleep six with:
• One king-size with en-suite
• One double bedroom
• One twin bedroom 

All bedrooms are furnished with solid oak furniture, Comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. The spacious Kitchen, dining area has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.  The living area has comfortable seating for six, with stunning views of the Devon countryside. There is free Netflix on the smart TV and free WiFi. 

Travel cots and highchairs are available for our younger visitors.

We are dog friendly too!

Cottages are all on one level so it is good for less able people.  There are grab rails in the bathrooms and doorways are wide enough for easier access. There are plastic shower chairs in the bathrooms.

Each cottage, Beech View and Oak View accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. You’ll have the bungalow to yourself. Perfectly situated to explore the south west. Cottages can be booked together to sleep 12.

Tiverton is just a 5 minute drive where you can find lovely restaurants and independent shops. Easy access to North and South Devon beaches and Exmoor. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short car journey away with easy access to M5 Motorway.

Relax in your own private hot tubs whilst enjoying far reaching views of beautiful Devon from the large enclosed patio. New for the winter season is a roof over hot tubs with fairy lights to keep the weather off. There is a shared grassed area in the front and a 9 acre field to the rear. No access to deer field. Many footpaths locally as well.

The space

Rural but close to amenities with beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful for the enjoyment of natural surroundings and viewing wildlife.

There are numerous National Trust properties in the area
Knightshayes, Killerton, Castle Drogo and Greenway to name a few.
Tiverton Canal and horse drawn barge
For train fans we have the Devon railway Centre and the South Devon railway
Animal lovers may wish to visit the Donkey Sanctuary, Exmoor Zoo. The miniature pony centre or Occombe farm.
National marine aquarium in Plymouth for those interested in something more fishy
There are museums in Tiverton and Exeter
Also there are the underground passages in Exeter.
For children there in Creally, World of Country life, the Big Sheep Paignton zoo and Combe Martins Animal and Dinosaur parks
There is also The Golden hind at Brixham and Diggerland
Visit Lundy Island or Burgh Island for a day
